Thank you for your purchase at Natural Mall.  

We currently ship to the following countries and cities:

Hong Kong , Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China.

International shipment usually takes between 7-21 business days but it varies for each country. Shipment to Hong Kong, Macau usually takes 1-14 days.

We ship from Hong Kong SAR.

Parcel Tracking:
For Hong Kong, Macau you can track your package at SF Express

For international orders, you will receive the tracking no. by email.

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours via email or your preferrable way. 

Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them.

Natural Mall is not responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

Natural Mall is legally required to declare the actual value and contents of each package shipped internationally and locally.
